Watch out NBA.. Jon Kent is coming!

OK, so firstly I must admit that I've been a bad mother. (Don't you dare think about taking away my mother of the year award though). Jon Kent has been playing basketball for our local rec league and I have yet to take a picture of any of his games. There have been two so far. *sigh* Thankfully my daddy took some pictures today and my sister-in-law took some from last week.

Watching the little kids play is hilarious. They haven't a clue what they are doing. They hardly dribble the ball, hardly pass the ball and hardly ring the hoop. But the comedy of all these little people running around trying to take the ball from each other.. too good.

Jon Kent is #14. Which I think is pretty cute because Kent was #14 when he was playing basketball. In fact, it was also my number in a lot of my sporting events in high school (but that was only because I was smitten with Kent and wanted to be the same as him). It was the number I drew one year when trying out for color guard/auxiliary and I ended up making the highest score that year and was the captain of the squad (ahh, memories). Anywho.. so #14 has been a good number to us O'villers. You better watch for it in the coming years when Jon Kent makes it big time in the pros. Y'all can say y'all knew him when...

He looks adorable in that little yellow jersey. :)

And I used to pick my sports numbers based on what number my crush wore too! LOL

Must be a girl thing.

#14 is our favorite number around here it's mine and Kyan's birthdate. I love when the kiddos play sports. Kyan gets to start this summer and I can't wait. I loved going with my kids I feel lost now. So Ky's grandma will be his biggest fan.
Loved all the pictures and don't feel so bad about not doing it yourself you have two other children to care for. I know I had three kids in four years I could write my own book.
Take care, Chrissie
