YAWN!

I am so tired. We have had a very long week. In fact, this week has felt more like a month.

Yesterday afternoon we thought we had found our house. We got back to the realtor's office and started crunching numbers. Taxes, utilities, etc. Figured it was WAY too much for our budget. So we were completely depressed. So our realtor (who is FABULOUS, by the way) got us up and going and told us were would find the perfect house. She was so understanding and knew this was a really hard decision for us. So we got back to the drawing board. We stayed out until 11pm last night looking a houses. We were so tired. Then we got back up this morning and looked at houses until 3pm. We found 3 that we like. And one that we really like.. again. I feel like I a broken record. But if this house doesn't come through we have two more to fall back on. I believe we will put in our offer Monday and see where it takes us.

For now I'm just going to enjoy being back home for the next week and a few days. Because we will then hit the road as a family and head to the beach for a week. Then it may be another trip to South Carolina for us. Maybe. Depends on our offers on the other houses go. Hopefully we won't have to make another trip.

And while I was gone I swear Nathan grew a foot and matured a year. He just looks so much bigger to me. AND he grew two more teeth. Molars I think. I haven't really been able to pin him down to see which they are. We were showered with hugs and kisses and "I missed you" when we walked in the front door. It was absolutely the best thing ever.

Well I am off. Soon to sleep in my own nice warm bed.

Night y'all.

I'm sure it is wonderful to be back at home with the kids after all of that stress. Not that the stress has left, though, I'm sure. I really hope you get the house that you like the most. Good luck!

Is there anything more depressing than finding a house you love and not being able to afford it? I hate that.

But I wish you luck finding that perfect house. It'll come. I know it will.

Glad you're back home with your kiddos!

XOXO
