Well.. well.. well..

The sellers accepted our offer. We faxed over the paper work and if they sign on the line then the house in basically ours as of July 24th. Yes, that is well over a month away. But it will soon be ours. My realtor is supposed to go over and take tons and tons of pictures for me so I'll load some up when I get the chance.
